Think Free Solar Ltd delivered a commercial-scale renewable energy system built around HANCHU’s advanced hybrid inverter and battery technology.

• Massive Generation: 176 high-power solar panels were installed across ESL’s industrial site to maximise year-round generation.
• System Core: Two HANCHU 50kW hybrid inverters configured in parallel for seamless load balancing and scalability.
• Substantial Storage: A bank of 20 HANCHU 9.4kWh high-voltage batteries provides 188kWh of usable energy storage, enabling overnight operation and peak-demand coverage.

The system consistently generates around 100kW per hour, efficiently meeting ESL’s substantial energy needs while storing surplus power for use outside operational hours.

Since installation, ESL’s transformation has been dramatic. Monthly electricity bills of approximately £6,000 have been reduced to zero, with the company now exporting excess energy back to the grid for additional revenue.

The installation has delivered complete energy independence, shielding ESL from market volatility and providing a sustainable competitive advantage in a high-energy industry.
