As UK distributors we look to support with any UK based product Non Conformances (NC) and we have a simple process to make sure this is done as speedily and seamlessly as possible.
The first port of call is to email our technical support on firstname.lastname@example.org providing the serial number and any details of the issues you are experiencing.

Most of the Infinity Innovations products can all be put on line, Luxpower controllers, our batteries Uhome and Greenlinx and out Heat pumps Harnitek.
Clearly if products are online we would like the serial numbers so that we can remotely monitor the systems and components.
Our technical support will provide a quick fault find, working with the installer to diagnose or understand the issue, and asking for some information or actions where necessary to assist.
We will get confirmation from the manufacturers if a fatal error has occurred, or if a replacement is recommended. This will action a Non Conformance form which will be filled out and sent to us.
We will then liaise to arrange dispatch of a replacement and collection of the original unit.
We will require guarantees that the original unit will be returned, and in some cases that may need to happen before a replacement is dispatched as per the manufacturer warranty.
We hope to react very quickly to any Non Conformance issues as we understand the need to get them resolved as fast as possible. However units can become faulty due to local installation issues, issues onsite or external factors and therefore the provision of a non conformance is to assist with the fault finding an in no way confirmation that the units in question were defective.
